Forget about eating a bowl of cereal or a bagel before rushing off to work, there's a persian breakfast that's worth savoring: noon o panir whcih is translates into cheese and bread , an Iranian delight that's delicious with fresh bread, creamy cheese, and a colorful array of herbs, radishes, cucumbers, walnuts, and tomatoes. What makes this breakfast truly special is its simplicity. While bread and cheese might sound heavy, the addition of vibrant herbs and crunchy veggies transforms them into a light and invigorating meal that leaves you feeling ready to take on the day.This dish is the most traditional persian breakfast, it's an absolute joy to plate up these vibrant ingredients and craft each bite into a symphony of flavors.
For this dish you can choose either feta cheese or cream cheese and to make it a bit more extra and delicious, you can add cumin to the feta cheese like how i decided to do. For vegetables, you can have fresh herbs with walnuts or cucumber, tomatoes and walnuts which I used and the bread can be either pita or the traditional persian barbari bread.

1. To prepare the cheese, we take a piece of feta cheese and smash it a little bit and add the cumin to it.
2. then we cut the cucumbers and tomatoes.

3. then we add a bit of salt to the cucumber and tomatoes.

4. then i put the walnuts in the plate next to the vegetables.

5. et voila! here is our simple and delicious dish.
